test(transport): cover routing strategies, cleanup, reset, orphan paths (#537)

Adds 31 tests across sync + async transports:
- ExecutionData / ExecutionDataEnd routing (order channel, request fallback, orphan drop)
- CommissionsReport via execution_id mapping (ByExecutionId strategy)
- CompletedOrder / CompletedOrdersEnd shared-channel routing (SharedOnly)
- Order-update stream fan-out alongside order subscriptions
- Cleanup-thread signal processing (clean_request / clean_order / clear_order_update_stream)
- reset / reset_channels notifying every channel category
- log_orphan path for routed-but-unmatched warnings
- ensure_shutdown joining the async dispatcher task

Coverage: transport/ 76.39% -> 86.72% (transport/async.rs +21.6, sync/mod.rs
+10.8, common.rs +11.1, routing.rs +4.2).
