deps: bump daycry/jobs to ^2.0

daycry/jobs v2.0.0 is API-compatible for our usage (we only consume it
transitively through CodeIgniter's Tasks integration); the test suite
passes unchanged.

Other available majors evaluated but deferred:
- daycry/jwt 3.0.0 → drops setSplitData()/setParamData() from the JWT
  class and bumps lcobucci/jwt 4 → 5. Adapter rewrite required.
- phpunit/phpcov 11.x → requires PHPUnit 12; current suite is on 10.5.
  Belongs in a coordinated PHPUnit upgrade, not here.

Also normalises a CRLF→LF line ending introduced by the previous merge
on tests/Traits/HasAccessTokensTest.php.
