Remove misleading `field.hidden` alias

`alias hidden read_only` was added during the d7dcfbb19 rename
(`hidden` -> `read_only`) for backwards compatibility, but no callers
ever used it, and it's now actively confusing: `hidden_field` (the
form helper) renders a bare `<input type="hidden">`, while
`field(:foo).hidden` resolves through the alias to `read_only`, which
renders a visible form-group with a static-text paragraph plus a
hidden input. Same word, two unrelated UIs.
