feat!: drop Node 14/16/18, require Node.js 20+ (#194)

BREAKING CHANGE: drops support for Node.js 14, 16, and 18. The minimum
supported Node version is now 20, aligning with the project's stated
runtime support and the AWS Lambda nodejs20.x runtime. Recent transitive
dependencies (e.g. simple-git via @serverless/dashboard-plugin) use
ES2022 syntax that older Node versions cannot parse.
