Support workspace symbol pattern matching for contributed participants [release]

Use SearchPattern.matchesName() instead of equalsIgnoreCase for method
and field name matching in locateMatches(), consistent with the type
matching fix in 170fcea. Enables camelcase and wildcard matching for
method/field declarations via workspace/symbol and other pattern-based
search queries.

Adds workspace symbol method search tests (exact and pattern match for
top-level Kotlin functions) and updates README/CLAUDE.md with workspace
symbol feature documentation and test counts.
