Align tree-view code with the dev guide's conventions

Two follow-ups from auditing the slice against DEVELOPER_GUIDE.md:

- Extract a JSFileTreeMapper under src/files/infrastructure/mappers/
  matching the prevailing pattern (JSFileMapper, JSFileMetadataMapper,
  etc.) — static-method class with explicit to/from helpers and the
  defensive endpoint-missing detection. The repository drops from 176
  lines of inlined mapping to 53 lines that just orchestrate the SDK
  call and the previews fallback.
- Add the missing CHANGELOG.md entries for the lazy file tree, the
  streaming-zip download, the standalone reusable bundle, and the SDK
  prerelease bump. The dev guide requires changelog entries before PR
  submission.

No behavioural changes; the JSFileTreeMapper exposes the same mapping
the inline functions did.
