Add Storybook story + mock repository for FilesTree

Brings the lazy file tree under Chromatic's visual-regression net so
review of the standalone tree-view bundle (and the SPA tree's chrome)
no longer relies entirely on Cypress component tests. Two stories:

- Default — collapsed root, a few folders + files at top level.
- PreExpanded — initialPath='data/raw/2024' so the chromatic snapshot
  exercises the ancestor pre-fetch and the deep-link entry path.

Pulls a tiny in-memory FileTreeMockRepository alongside the story
(matches the existing FileMockRepository pattern under src/stories/).

Also re-runs prettier on useFileUploadOperations.ts so the optional-
chain fix from the previous commit is in canonical form.
