fix(test): randomise IP in testDuplicatePOST to prevent cross-worker Redis collisions

When TEST_TOKEN is empty all workers shared IP 10.99.0.1. After sleep(),
another worker's POST could reset the Redis duplicate-protection key, causing
the third POST to return 999 instead of 1000. Random last two octets make
collision probability negligible.
