test: promote huge-exponent snapshots to regression guards

With the slow-path clamp in place, huge positive exponents now correctly
surface as `Err(value out of range)` (and `Number(Infinity, repr=...)`
through `@json.parse`); huge negative exponents underflow to `Ok(0)`
(`Number(0)` in JSON). Update both packages' snapshots so the tests
stand as regression guards going forward.
