fix: resolve httpx dependency conflict with Home Assistant (#42)

Home Assistant pins httpx to exact versions (e.g., 2024.3.3 uses httpx==0.27.0).
Our explicit httpx>=0.24.0 requirement conflicts with HA's exact pins,
causing dependency resolution failures in Dependabot PRs.

Changes:
- Remove explicit httpx requirement from requirements_test.txt
- Configure Dependabot to ignore httpx updates
- Update comment to reflect both aiohttp and httpx are HA-controlled

This resolves the conflict seen in PR #41 where httpx>=0.28.1
conflicted with homeassistant 2024.3.3's httpx==0.27.0 pin.
