fix(bb_display_st77xx): drop double offset application in blit (#208)

esp_lcd_panel_set_gap(LCD_OFFSET_X, LCD_OFFSET_Y) is applied in hardware at
init, so adding the offset again in software pushed every blit past the
panel bounds. On tdongle-s3 (160x80, offset 1,26) the bottom 26 rows of
every status frame were silently dropped with an "out of bounds" warning.
