feat(smoke): exercise bb_button_gpio across smoke envs (#207)

Wire bb_button and bb_button_gpio drivers into the smoke example with API
exercise block. Includes -fno-lto for r4_wifis3 to work around ARM GCC
cross-compiler LTO bytecode compatibility issue.
