refactor(mining): add sync comments for duplicated S3 hot loop (#344)

Function-pointer indirection prevents always_inline from collapsing
hw_hash_nonce call in mine_nonce_range. Kept both copies and marked
with bidirectional KEEP IN SYNC comments to prevent silent drift.
Codegen verified: sha256_hw_mine_nonce remains inlined in both paths.
