refactor(mining): unify share validation across SW and ASIC paths (#338)

- extract shared share_validate() helper in components/mining/src/share_validate.c
- fix SW-path ordering bug: is_target_valid now runs before meets_target, preventing
  corrupt targets from reaching hash_to_difficulty
- centralize share_verdict_t enum (replaces asic_share_verdict_t)
- remove asic_share_validator.c/h; update asic_task.c to compute hash inline and call
  share_validate() directly
- add two regression tests covering the previous SW-path ordering gap
