refactor(mining): adopt bb_nv_batch_* API; drop TA-347 ESP-IDF leak (#314)

breadboard v0.21.1 ships bb_nv_batch_begin/set_*/commit (B1-165). Switch
mining_stats_save_lifetime to the new portable wrapper and remove the
inline nvs_open/set/commit/close that was carried as a TODO leak in #313.

Also drops the local nvs.h include and nvs_flash from PRIV_REQUIRES.

Bumps the breadboard pin v0.21.0 → v0.21.1.
