tests: cover remaining version-reference branches for 100% coverage

Add tests exercising the private URL-parsing helpers that derive a
version anchor from SRC_URI for each upstream type:

- bitbucket _bitbucket_version_reference: /get/<ref>.tar.bz2 (with
  archive extension stripping) and /get/<ref> (no extension).
- github _github_tag_reference: /archive/<ref> without extension and
  codeload.github.com/<o>/<r>/<fmt>/refs/tags/<ref>.
- gitlab _gitlab_version_reference: /-/archive/<ref>/... segment.
- sourceforge _sourceforge_version_reference: URL ending in /download
  returning the parent path component.
- sourcehut _sourcehut_version_reference: /archive/<ref>.tar.gz and
  /archive/<ref>.

Also add a get_last_version test for utils/portage where the supplied
version_reference does not embed the ebuild's own version, exercising
the empty-string fallback in _candidate_version_from_reference.

Coverage now reads 2708/2708 statements and 1026/1026 branches across
the livecheck package.
