fix(bb_diag): fail configure when coredump deps missing (B1-128) (#176)

CONFIG_BB_DIAG_PANIC_COREDUMP=y silently no-ops without three
ESP_COREDUMP_* keys that Kconfig can't `select`/`imply` because they
live in choice groups. A consumer who flips only the bb_diag knob would
build clean and capture nothing — only a real panic would expose the
gap.

Add a configure-time check that names each missing/wrong key in the
FATAL_ERROR so the message is paste-and-fix. Smoke envs (esp32c3,
elecrow-p4-hmi7) already set the keys correctly and continue to build
clean; bench-tested with one key flipped to confirm the error fires
with the expected guidance.
