[TST] Regression tests: FX backends preserve requires_grad

Per Copilot review on PR #301: pass a frozen parameter to KFAC's,
EKFAC's, and KFOC's FX backends and assert that ``compute()`` leaves
the user's ``requires_grad`` flags unchanged.

Verified the test catches the prior bug by re-introducing the dropped
``__init__`` mutation in ``MakeFxKFACComputer`` — the new test fails
with ``0.bias: False -> True``.
