feat(mining): boot-time HW SHA throughput micro-bench (TA-337) (#303)

- 1000-iter SHA peripheral op timing on boot in release builds
- single log line: "HW SHA microbench: N us/op (~M kH/s peripheral ceiling)"
- per-device + per-firmware throughput regressions visible without -debug rebuilds
- ~5ms boot cost; pairs with the existing TA-320 SHA_TEXT-persistence probe
