feat(bb_core): add bb_byte_order.h portable BE/LE helpers (#172)

Adds alignment-safe helpers for reading/writing multi-byte integers in
big-endian and little-endian byte order. Eliminates pointer-cast pattern
that caused silent SHA-256 bugs in consumers (TaipanMiner TA-271, TA-322).
