feat(bb_diag): debug-only POST /api/diag/panic/trigger to force panic (#171)

Gated by CONFIG_BB_DIAG_PANIC_TRIGGER (default off). Null-deref handler
forces a LoadProhibited panic so consumers can validate panic capture
and coredump end-to-end on bench hardware without physically rebooting.
