Recognize "PROCESSED THROUGH USPS SORT FACILITY" as shipped (DHL UTAPI)

The DHL eCommerce Solutions carrier already includes this description in
its SHIPPED_TRACKING_DESCRIPTIONS list, but the DHL UTAPI fallback in
dhl.js does not. Packages whose first physical scan is at a USPS sort
facility (the common pattern for DHL eCommerce → USPS hand-offs) were
returning events but no shippedAt, leaving downstream order systems
unable to advance the order out of Processing.

Bump to 3.5.3.
