Add cz/dk legacy aliases for Czech/Danish (#43)

Pre-ISO-639 callers using lang='cz' or lang='dk' previously hit
NotImplementedError; they now route to the existing Czech/Danish
converters. ISO codes 'cs' and 'da' continue to work unchanged.
