Improve coverage for the 23 new-language ports

Adds a targeted gap-filler test file that exercises three code paths
shared across the languages introduced in PR #14 (BAN/BM/CEB/CKB/CNH/
FF/FIL/HMN/KI/KOK/KSW/KU/KY/LG/LUS/OM/OR/PAP/PLI/RW/TI/XH/ZU):

- The str(number) fallback for values >= 10**12
- The "if cents and right" branch in to_currency
- Pluralize edge cases: empty list, None, single form, multi-form

Per-file coverage on these 23 lang_*.py modules jumps from 89–90% to
99%; total project coverage moves from 93% to 94%.
