ci+docs: credit upstream contributors in release notes (#41)

Two improvements aimed at making num2words2 a clear destination for
contributors who want their work to actually ship:

1. release.yml: extract "savoirfairelinux/num2words#NNN by @user"
   patterns from commit bodies in the release range and surface them
   in a dedicated "## Credits" section of the GitHub Release notes.
   Existing v1.0.2 release won't be backfilled, but every future tag
   will list contributor handles + a link to their original PR.

2. CONTRIBUTING.md: add a header making it clear that this is an
   actively-maintained, independent fork. PRs and issues should be
   filed here, not on the upstream savoirfairelinux/num2words repo.
   Existing fork-workflow links updated from upstream to this repo.
