German: add 9 new currency forms (#23)

Ports savoirfairelinux/num2words#613 by @bryananderson.

Adds CAD, AUD, NZD, HKD, INR, RUB, KRW, and MXN currency forms (and
keeps existing CNY/JPY/CHF entries). Original PR also normalizes CNY
sub-unit from "Jiao/Fen" to "Fen/Fen" — preserving num2words2's existing
"Jiao/Fen" naming since it matches the pre-existing test data.
