Italian: add 9 new currency forms (#22)

Ports savoirfairelinux/num2words#612 by @bryananderson.

Adds CAD, AUD, NZD, HKD, JPY, INR, RUB, KRW, and MXN currency forms to
Italian (lang_IT). Original PR also includes per-currency test cases —
those are subsumed by the existing 20-test Italian suite plus the
upstream patterns are equivalent.
