refactor(web): start using SuggestionsTextField

Replaces `SelectTypeaheadCreatable` with the simpler
`SuggestionsTextField` (using native HTML `datalist`) in storage forms.

The `PartitionPage`, `LogicalVolumePage`, and `FormattableDevicePage`
now use it for mount point input.

The `mountPointSelectOptions` helper was removed as it is no longer
needed, and helper text was updated from "Select or enter..." to "E.g.,
/home, /var, or swap".

This change simplifies the component API by reducing the number of
props, preserves free-text input, leverages native browser autocomplete
behavior, and improves accessibility by ensuring inputs are properly
labeled with `FormGroup`.
