feat(webui): stratum notify preview + responsive layout (#270)

- pool: new "Current Job" card showing block height (BIP34-decoded),
  prev block, version, network diff (decoded from nbits)
- pool: pool brand extracted from coinbase scriptSig surfaced as a tag
  next to the Active header
- pool: replace duplicated diff/last-share/shares with diff /
  session age (promoted from subline) / latency placeholder (TA-118)
- pool: drop nbits + ntime + merkle branches from preview as redundant
- pool: collapse summary row to vertical layout below 720px so it fits
  iPhone portrait; inputs full-width inside .fields grid
- hero: replace fixed-width Sparkline with inline percentage-based SVG
  so the trend line aligns with 1m/10m/1h column text and dots stay
  round at any width
- hero/dashboard: distribute stat tiles via flex space-between on wide
  viewports, fall back to auto-fit grid below 720px
- hero: move best-diff multiplier into the label "(N×)"
