refactor: enforce public-header-only REQUIRES discipline (#138)

- bb_registry: drop bb_log dep, use raw printf for diagnostics; now depends only on bb_core
- demote unjustified public REQUIRES to PRIV across bb_log, bb_wifi, bb_ntp, bb_mdns, bb_manifest, bb_openapi, bb_ota_validator, bb_ota_pull, bb_prov, bb_display, bb_info
- swap bb_nv → bb_core in headers that only used bb_nv for bb_err_t
- breaks the bb_registry↔bb_log cycle: registry is now a true leaf
- add transitive PRIV_REQUIRES to components with internal registry/http usage
