refactor: drop server arg from bb_registry_init (#137)

registry now resolves the http handle internally via bb_http_server_get_handle()
instead of requiring callers to thread it through. entry init functions still
receive the server handle as before. bb_registry gains bb_http as PRIV_REQUIRES
to enable this resolution.
