feat(bb_registry): migrate bb_board/bb_manifest/bb_ota_validator/bb_wifi_routes/bb_system_routes; fix B1-89 (#125)

Phase 2.2 of bb_registry rollout.

- migrate bb_board, bb_manifest, bb_ota_validator, bb_wifi (routes), bb_system (routes) to bb_registry
- new Kconfig flags (default-on): CONFIG_BB_BOARD_AUTOREGISTER, CONFIG_BB_MANIFEST_AUTOREGISTER,
  CONFIG_BB_OTA_VALIDATOR_AUTOREGISTER, CONFIG_BB_WIFI_ROUTES_AUTOREGISTER, CONFIG_BB_SYSTEM_ROUTES_AUTOREGISTER
- delete components/bb_http/src/common_routes.c and bb_http_register_common_routes(); /api/version,
  /api/reboot, /api/ping move to bb_system; bb_prov now calls bb_registry_init(server)
- fix B1-89: /api/scan moves from common_routes into bb_wifi_routes alongside /api/wifi so the route
  is co-located with the wifi driver state it depends on
- update examples/esp32-wroom-32 (REQUIRES + explicit sdkconfig defaults), CLAUDE.md, README.md

Hardware verified on ELEGOO ESP32: registry init reports 10 entries; all routes return 200/202
including /api/scan (B1-89 fix proven).
