feat(examples): add classic ESP32-D0 (WROOM-32) smoke example (#113)

- exercises the TaipanMiner runtime-mode subset (bb_nv, bb_log, bb_wifi,
  bb_http, bb_mdns, bb_ota_pull, bb_ota_push) on classic ESP32
- excludes bb_display (P4-only esp_lcd_ek79007 dep) via EXCLUDE_COMPONENTS
- bb_prov intentionally omitted: prov-mode and OTA are mutually exclusive
  on a single boot (would collide on /api/ota/check route registration)
- 4 MB flash partition layout, UART0 console (no native USB on classic ESP32)
- generic board header (esp32_wroom_32) — works on any WROOM-32 dev board
  with exposed UART; ELEGOO ESP32 is the validation hardware

Builds at 740 KB / 4 MB flash. Prerequisite for TaipanMiner TA-271
(classic ESP32 mining backend).
