chore(knot): remove stale requery rationale + null-guard snapshot (#231)

Removes 16-line comment block explaining why mdns_query_txt requery was removed — context now obsolete since bb_mdns async shim (B1-81) and reconnect re-arm (B1-82) shipped, and we confirmed reliable peer re-announce on reconnect makes the requery unnecessary. Adds defensive NULL guard to knot_snapshot for the case g_mutex hasn't been initialized.
