* Add delay method to QuantumCircuit and Unitful.jl weak dependency for issue #4

* Fix syntax error: add missing end for DelayInstructionClosure; merge with main

* Simplify delay closure - remove import statement and use direct call

* Update Project.toml

* Add a direct qc.delay(...) call in test_circuit.jl:22 and a zero-based variant in test_circuit.jl:54

* fixing failing checks
