fix(bb_mdns): query A record on dispatch when ip4 missing (B1-84) (#110)

When the mDNS browse result lacks an A record (IPv6-only response,
cache miss), bb_mdns previously delivered an empty ip4 string. The
dispatch worker now does a 200 ms mdns_query_a lookup before invoking
the callback; this blocks only the worker (not the IDF mDNS task),
keeping the discovery pipeline responsive. Failed lookups still
dispatch with empty ip4 — consumers decide.
