refactor(bb_mdns): dispatch consumer callbacks via worker task (#109)

- b1-83: notifier on IDF mdns task now enqueues deep-copied events
  to a worker task so consumer callbacks never stall mDNS processing.
- b1-85: protect s_subs[] table with a mutex (browse_start/_stop and
  reconnect re-arm now race-free vs the dispatch worker).
- b1-86: peer struct strings are now owned by bb_mdns; lifetime contract
  in the header rewritten to match.
