fix(modtools): add ConfirmModal to setPassword flow

setPassword was calling passwordConfirmRef.show() but the ref was null
because the ConfirmModal block was missing from the template. Added
the confirm modal and split setPassword into a trigger + confirmed pair
matching the pattern used by purge() and other destructive actions.
