fix(ci): remove stale git lock files before checkout on self-hosted runner

When the runner crashes mid-checkout, .git/index.lock is left behind.
On the next run, git fails with exit status 128. Add find-and-delete of
*.lock files inside .git/ to the pre-checkout cleanup step.
