Run nightly workflow on pull requests too

Adds the `pull_request:` trigger so the nightly toolchain is exercised
on every PR, not just on the daily schedule and manual dispatch. This
catches forward-compatibility issues at PR review time — e.g. a
deprecation warning whose replacement method only exists on nightly
would surface in CI before the PR is merged, instead of after the
stable channel catches up.
