perf(android): disable EmojiCompat initializer (WebView-only app)

Freegle has no native TextViews — all text rendering happens in the
Nuxt WebView, which uses its own emoji font stack. The androidx
EmojiCompat initializer loads the ~1MB emoji metadata blob during
Application.onCreate on every cold start.

Disabled via tools:node="remove" on the startup meta-data entry.
Verified app boots and renders correctly with the initializer gone.
