project: drop redundant trailing commas across the codebase

Run `deltona remove-trailing-commas` over the source tree and tests,
then `yarn format` to let yapf reflow the affected blocks. No
behaviour change; this is purely formatting cleanup that brings the
codebase in line with the project rule against adding trailing commas
(see .claude/rules/python.md, COM812). Single-element tuple literals
and subscript-tuple expressions still keep their commas because they
are syntactically required.
