docs(seo): fix canonical/sitemap mismatch and tighten meta tags

Cloudflare Pages serves /docs by 308-redirecting /docs.html, but the
canonical, og:url, and sitemap pointed at the redirect URL. Google was
indexing a redirect, which collapsed CTR on /docs to 1.2% at position
4.76 per Search Console.

- docs.html: canonical and og:url now point to /docs
- sitemap.xml: /docs.html -> /docs, add lastmod
- index.html: tighten title (76 -> 55ch) and description (188 -> 155ch),
  drop bloated keywords meta, add FAQPage JSON-LD with 6 high-intent
  questions to capture AI Overviews and featured snippets
- llms.txt: refresh to v0.25 feature set (8 themes, Mercurial/Jujutsu,
  vim-motion, compact mode, Codex/OpenCode plugins, /docs URL)
- CLAUDE.md: document the Cloudflare Pages /docs.html -> /docs trap
