fix(http): use BB_OK for bb_wifi_get_rssi check (follow-up to TA-229) (#186)

the TA-229 commit left a leaked ESP_OK against a bb_wifi_get_rssi
return value. they're typedef-equal on esp-idf today, but BB_OK is
the right constant to check when the function returns bb_err_t —
stays correct under future non-esp-idf host backends.
