fix(release): ship factory image alongside app-only binary (TA-184) (#184)

release previously shipped only `taipanminer-<board>.bin` (app-only,
~1.1 MB) but the release notes told users to flash it at 0x0 via
esptool. that path has no bootloader or partition table at the correct
offsets, so fresh devices end up bricked.

fix:
- release.yml: also stage `.pio/build/<env>/firmware.factory.bin` as
  `taipanminer-<env>-factory.bin` (merged: bootloader + partition
  table + ota_data_initial + app at their proper offsets).
- release body now distinguishes the two artifacts, gives correct
  flash commands: factory image at 0x0 for fresh devices, app-only
  via OTA push/pull for existing devices.
- README quick-start updated to document both variants and point fresh
  flashing at the factory image.

companion: taipan-cli T1-43 for the CLI-side fix (flash command should
default to factory bin on fresh devices).
