fix(asic): check pause flag during register poll (#173)

mining_pause_check() was called once per outer loop iteration. the 5s
register-poll block consumes ~160ms of that budget with 6 read_reg +
vTaskDelay(10) pairs plus a 100ms settle, which can push mining_pause()
past its 5s ack timeout under load and let ota proceed with the chip
still hashing.

convert the register-poll unroll into a loop over s_poll_regs[] and put
one mining_pause_check() inside the loop body. top-of-loop check already
fires within 100ms of every pass through nonce handling, so no extra
site needed there.
