docs: add install steps, 0.16 upgrade notes, and single-file example

- Document distro-specific libarchive install commands (Debian, macOS, Windows MSVC) including
  the Homebrew PKG_CONFIG_PATH workaround for the keg-only package.
- Call out the new Error::UnsupportedZipCompression variant and the MSRV bump to 1.82.0 so
  downstream crates can adapt exhaustive matches and toolchain pins.
- Add a "single file from an archive" example mirroring the existing whole-archive snippet.
- Switch the tokio example to futures_util::StreamExt, matching what the crate actually
  re-exports.
