docs: refresh README for the 0.16 release

- Add crates.io badge, fix "it's" -> "its" typo, update macOS CI badge
  to aarch64.
- Add an Install section with basic and tokio_support-enabled
  [dependencies] snippets.
- Add OS install hints (apt, brew with keg-only PKG_CONFIG_PATH note,
  vcpkg).
- Add an "Upgrading to 0.16" callout covering the real-archive
  requirement (with raw_format(true) opt-in), the AsyncSeek bound on
  async entry points, the Error::Extraction shape change, the new
  Error::UnsupportedZipCompression variant, and the MSRV bump to
  1.82.0.
- Replace the single usage example with five: uncompress_archive,
  uncompress_archive_file, ArchiveIterator, list_archive_entries,
  tokio-backed async iteration, and password-protected ZIPs via
  ArchivePassword.
- Document available feature flags (async_support, futures_support,
  tokio_support, static + selective static_*, win_*) in a dedicated
  table.
