Replace symlinks by file copies (bsc#1261340)

Calling "gem build" might result in broken symlinks inside
the generated *.gem file. Avoid using symlinks.

Added CI checks to ensure no other symlinks are introduced
and to check that all copies are the same. Report an error
if someone accidentally updates only one file.
