feat: support Control+click, Cmd+click, and middle-click to open chats in new tabs

- Added handleButtonClick method to detect modifier keys and pass openInNewTab flag
- Made handleButtonClick async and await openChat to properly handle errors
- Updated openChat to use window.open for new tabs, router.push for normal navigation
- Preserves scroll position in member list by opening in new tab
- Updated b-button stub to pass \$event for modifier key detection
- All 11870 tests passing
